How It Started & How It's Going

HD was founded in 2020 by Robert Diamond, Craig Morgan, and Craig Stocks, our company was born from a shared vision to redefine the Cyber Security, Defence and IT industries. After years of experience in these sectors, the three Founders set out to create a business that prioritises innovation, agility, and customer-focused solutions.

Since then, we've grown into a dynamic team of over 30 professionals, collaborating with multiple partners across Government and Private Sector projects. Our mission is to build a forward-thinking SME that delivers cutting-edge solutions while fostering a culture where our employees thrive, and our clients' needs remain at the heart of everything we do.

Growth, Giving & Engagement

We know the importance of investing in our people, our community, and our future through continuous learning, meaningful service, and industry engagement.

This is why we:
1. Hold quarterly get togethers - the whole team gets together to discuss all things HD, and some things non-HD too!
2. Have two volunteering days - the team can choose how they spend their volunteering days, from time at a school food bank, marshalling at Scouts or digging up rocks and cutting back shrubs at girl guiding.
3. Invest in ten days training allowance - whether it's classroom sessions or conferences to AWS certifications or Agile training.
4. Run an "I Wonder..." box - teaming up with Embley School so children can ask any STEM questions they've been pondering, answered by one of the team.
5. Engage with the industry - attending conferences ourselves and being connected across National Security and Cyber to ensure we're keeping up to date with industry trends and news.
